The inaugural Greenwich Dog Show at the Old Royal Naval College

On Sunday 28th May, the iconic Old Royal Naval College will host the inaugural Greenwich Dog Show in its beautiful riverside grounds.  The Greenwich Dog Show, sponsored by xx, is free to attend for all, with a £5 show entry fee per dog, per category, and promises to be a pawtastic day out for southeast Londoners and their furry friends.

Whether you regularly walk your dog through the grounds and lawns of the Old Royal Naval College, or are a local family looking for a fun day out, all dogs – and humans – are welcome for a canine caper.  There will be 10 categories including Waggiest Tail, Best Owner Lookalike, Best Dressed Pooch (with a royally fun Coronation theme) Scruffiest Dog and Cutest Pup.  Dogs are invited to pre-book in their preferred category and registration for dog show entrants begins at 10.30am, classes begin at 11am and Judge’s Choice and Best in Show are awarded at 2.30pm.  Does your pooch have what it takes?

Greenwich Dog Show audiences can explore this must-see historic site, buy some treats from dog supply stalls and grab a bite (and a pint) from the dog-friendly on-site pub, The Old Brewery.  Food stalls and a Gin & Pimms Bar will provide refreshments in between categories.  There will be dog-friendly Afternoon Teas in the Colonnades, and visitors can enjoy face painting and live music throughout the day.

Enjoy a tail-waggingly good day out at the Greenwich Dog Show this May at the Old Royal Naval College.
