The CNC Way

Our Commitment to professionalism and respect

At Chloé Nelkin Consulting, we believe that great communications are built on trusted relationships. Whether we are working with colleagues, clients, journalists, artists, suppliers or members of the public, we expect everyone representing CNC to uphold the same high standards of professionalism, respect and integrity.

We work together

We are one team. We support one another, communicate openly and believe that collaboration leads to better ideas, better campaigns and better outcomes for our clients.

We treat people with respect

We are committed to creating an environment where everyone feels welcome, valued and able to contribute. We recognise that every individual brings different experiences, perspectives and needs and we strive to ensure everyone is treated with dignity, fairness and kindness.

Where appropriate, we will make reasonable adjustments to help people participate fully in our work and events.

We act professionally

Whether we’re in the office, at a press night, meeting a journalist, attending a client event or representing CNC elsewhere, we remember that our behaviour reflects both ourselves and our company. Friendly relationships are encouraged but professionalism always comes first.

We take responsibility

We believe in honesty, accountability and doing the right thing. We communicate clearly, protect confidential information and take pride in producing work of the highest standard.

We speak up

We encourage anyone working with or alongside CNC to raise concerns if something doesn’t feel right. We are committed to listening respectfully, taking concerns seriously and responding appropriately.

Zero tolerance

Chloé Nelkin Consulting has a zero-tolerance approach to bullying, harassment, discrimination, sexual harassment, intimidation and victimisation in any form.

We will not tolerate unacceptable behaviour from anyone, regardless of their position, profile or relationship with our business. This applies equally to employees, freelancers, contractors, clients, journalists, suppliers and anyone attending work-related meetings, events or social occasions.

We are committed to fostering an inclusive working environment where everyone feels safe, respected and able to do their best work. Behaviour that undermines another person’s dignity, wellbeing or opportunity to participate has no place at CNC.

Concerns will always be treated seriously, sensitively and, wherever possible, confidentially. Where appropriate, we will investigate concerns and take action in accordance with our policies and procedures.

If you experience or witness behaviour that falls below these standards, or if something simply doesn’t feel right, we encourage you to speak to Chloé Nelkin or another member of the senior team.

Kindness, professionalism and respect are not optional extras at CNC. They are the foundation of our culture, our reputation and every relationship we build.
