From award-winning stage and screen treasures to emerging talent, the CNC team excels at developing our clients’ profiles to help advance their careers. We offer bespoke packages to fit their demanding and varied lifestyles and roles, ensuring comms messaging is cohesive across all upcoming projects.
Using our press contacts from over a decade of working in the entertainment and performing arts industries, we are able to deliver the very best support to our clients and build their profiles in the press. We personalise our approaches to create opportunities for our clients. Honesty sits at the heart of all we do and we communicate clearly with clients throughout our campaigns. We ensure that our clients are kept regularly updated, making each step as straightforward as possible to remove the complicated language around PR and profile building. When required, we offer media training as well as social media 101 to help prepare our clients for all eventualities.
We work with selected and trusted contacts in the industry including stylists, photographers, hair and make up artists and fashion brands. We’re on hand to support our clients at junkets and red carpets and make sure they’re attending the right events. We help with schedule management on busy press days and ensure our clients are fully briefed and comfortable.

Ben was born in London, raised in Kent and educated in South Africa. He studied at the University of Exeter with a BA in Politics and Psychology but remained heavily involved in acting by performing in several theatre productions and sitting on the board of the Exeter University Theatre Committee. After graduating, Ben decided to pursue a career as a professional actor. Alongside various side hustles, he is grateful to have now been acting professionally for about 12 years. In 2022, Ben was cast as a lead role in Season 4 of the hit Netflix show You which came out earlier this year, before also appearing in ITV’s Grace and then Josie Rourke’s As You Like It at the newly opened West End venue @sohoplace in London.

Chris is a driven and passionate director, choreographer, and movement director who works across the UK. Currently, Chris is the associate director at Reading Rep, artistic director of the National Youth Music Theatre and artistic director of Taylorian Productions, a theatre company based on the Isle of Man. As well this, he works across productions up and down the country. He is represented by BBA Management.

Chris is a musical director who graduated with first-class honours in English Literature from the University of Warwick before training at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. He is currently musical director on Miss Saigon (Sheffield Crucible). Recently, he was musical director on Once on This Island (Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre), and deputy musical director on Tina: The Musical (Aldwych Theatre). Chris’s credits as musical director include Rent (The Hope Mill Theatre), Top Hat (The Mill at Sonning), Legend Trippers (The Other Palace), and Nice Work If You Can Get It (Upstairs at the Gatehouse). He has worked as musical supervisor on The Windsors Endgame (The Prince of Wales Theatre), as associate musical director on Legally Blonde (Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre), and as assistant musical director on Great British Bake Off: The Musical (Cheltenham Everyman) and Bonnie & Clyde (Theatre Royal Drury Lane). He was nominated for Best Musical Director at both the OFFIES and BroadwayWorldUK awards for his work on the UK premiere of Nice Work If You Can Get It at Upstairs at the Gatehouse. Ella Karuna Williams currently starring in Stranger Things: The First Shadow at the Phoenix Theatre as the young Patsy Newby. Ella has been working with the First Shadow production team for two years, workshopping the show and creating this character. Originally from the USA, 18-year-old Ella moved to London for the part of Patsy.

Gary Lloyd was born and raised in the north of England. He trained in dance and musical theatre at Laine Theatre Arts in Epsom, Surrey, fast becoming a choreographer, movement director, and director after a successful performing career. From West End productions to global tours, his creative genius has left an indelible mark on the industry, his crossover from the music industry to theatre bringing a distinctive fusion of knowledge and collaborative style to the table. Gary began his career in theatre, where his passion remains, and his decade as a performer plays an integral part in his unique directorial style. Gary is also a published author and his first book, ‘My Life With Michael – Ten Years of Thriller Live!’ is now available in all good book shops and in online stores, published by The Book Guild.

Jake is a director from Teesside, in the northeast of England. He is currently the Artistic Director & CEO of Eastern Angles in Ipswich. Jake began his career as the Creative Learning Facilitator at Hull Truck Theatre (2012 – 2014) before becoming Trainee Director at Chichester Festival Theatre (2014 – 2016) under the tutelage of Jonathan Church, where he assisted directors such as Jonathan Kent, Howard Davies, Nadia Fall, Max Stafford Clark, Jonathan Church and co-directed A Christmas Carol at Chichester Festival Theatre with Dale Rooks. He has held the position of Resident Director at the Almeida Theatre, developing new work for the venue, and was invited by the National Theatre to their Directors Programme in 2017. Jake was nominated for an OFFIE Award for Best Director for his UK Premier of Halley Feiffer’s I’m Gonna Pray for You So Hard. He is currently a board member of The Customs House, South Shields. Jenna is an incredibly talented leading lady and was recently starred in Frozen as Elsa on the West End. She also has toured the world with Hugh Jackman as his featured vocalist on his world arena tour – The Man, The Music, The Show. Jenna has worked extensively as a leading artist in the West End and on tour in the UK, and also as a soloist internationally on many concert productions and arena tours. Katy is a musical director and pianist based in London. She is currently the UK musical supervisor for the multi-award winning musical SIX, having been part of its original creative team and the original musical director for the West End production. Katy was recently the musical director of Jersey Boys on the West End, and the musical supervisor for Rent at the Hope Mill Theatre, directed by Luke Sheppard. She is represented by BBA Management.

Joaquin is an accomplished Filipino stage actor and singer. He began his career as a child actor and was a member of the boyband 17:28. He has since become known for playing Light in the London production of Death Note: The Musical among other credits on the West End. He is represented by BBA Management.

LJ is an actor, performer and Drag King superstar LoUis CYfer. LoUis was the first Drag King to snatch the crown at Drag Idol UK and the only Drag King to ever lead a West End play in Deathdrop: Back in The Habit. LJ’s screen credits include Kaos (Netflix), The Man Who Fell to Earth (Paramount+) and Strike: Lethal White (BBC). Their stage credits include Death Notes to The Forgotten She-Wolves (Shakespeare’s Globe), She Ventures and He Wins (The Young Vic), Rotterdam (National Tour), and Joan (Milk Presents). LJ’s performance in Joan won ‘Best Performer’ at the Stage Edinburgh Awards, a Scotsman Fringe First Award, ‘Best Performance’ in the Mervyn Stutter Spirit of the Fringe Award and an OFFIE. They are an associate artist at the Albany Theatre and mentor aspiring queer performers at Raze Collective and Central School of Speech and Drama.

Michael will be playing the role of Clifford Bradshaw in the award-winning West End production of Cabaret, starring opposite Cara Delevingne and Luke Treadway. Most recently, Michael played the lead role of Jack Kelly in Disney’s Newsies at Wembley Troubadour Theatre and its West End transfer. His other credits include Legally Blonde (Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre), Rent (The Hope Mill Theatre), and Choir Boy (Bristol Old Vic Theatre).

Nicholas Chalmers is one of the leading conductors in the UK. His energy and vision have seen the establishment of highly successful artistic and education projects and his work impacts thousands of young people each year. Nicholas is driven by a passion to bring classical music to the next generation and to ensure that people in areas of under provision have better access to training and engagement in the performing arts. As founder and Artistic Director of Nevill Holt Opera, his 10 year leadership of the company saw the creation of an exquisite new theatre in Leicestershire, which won plaudits for its acoustic design and reached the final of the RIBA Stirling prize in 2019. He is a Senior Associate Artist of the Royal Opera House and was conductor of Northern Ireland Opera. Nicholas made his BBC Proms conducting debut in 2020 and works with all leading orchestras and opera companies.

Priyasasha Kumari is one of the rising stars and series regular featured in the BBC’s reboot of popular high school drama Waterloo Road, as Samia Choudhry. She graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University in Contemporary Theatre and Performance in 2016 and went on to star in a number of on-screen and theatre roles. As well as this, she worked for the Central Youth Theatre as an assistant director based in her hometown of Wolverhampton. She is represented by BBA

Su Pollard’s incredible entertainment career has spanned over 45 years. Best known for her role as Peggy in the BAFTA Award-winning sitcom Hi-De-Hi, she has guest-starred on countless beloved TV shows including Celebrity MasterChef, Pointless Celebrities and Loose Women. A true pantomime veteran and star of the stage, Su recently received the Outstanding Achievement award at the Pantomime Awards 2023. Her stage performances include Sweet Charity (Connaught Theatre and National Tour), Me and My Girl (Adelphi Theatre), Shout! (Arts Theatre and National Tour) and national tours of Godspell, Little Shop of Horrors, Annie and Harpy. Su extensively toured her one woman show Oh…and Another Thing… in 2022.

Tarik is a multi-disciplinary creative and performer. Growing up in Melbourne, Australia his career has seen him travel the globe as an actor, singer, dancer, choreographer and director.
